RED 100 is a 2002 innovation using digital electronic technology and designed to ensure independent regulation of granular or filler proportioning devices.


RED 100 is the principal element in a continuous flow regulation loop. Combined with a stress gauge, a speed measurement encoder and an electronic variator, RED 100 regulates every type of electric motor, whether asynchronous or continuous.

 

RED 100 has been designed to equip granulate and powder dosing devices of every different make.

A specific version (RED 100 VIDEM) allows it to be used as a continuous totalizing weighing instrument on a conveyor belt.

MAIN ADVANTAGES :

  • The RED 100 façade has a large display, a digital keypad and 5 function keys allowing simple and efficient testing. The façade can be remoted over a serial link.
  • The TARE WEIGHT, CALIBRATION AND TEST procedures are fully automated.

RED 100, with an RS485 serial link, can be combined with an operator terminal or a supervisor in order to :

  • Set up a network of several scales of the RED 100 type
  • Centralize all the controls and all the production information on the same screen.
  • Manage and store the production formulas.

In this case, RED 100 is provided without a façade and the installation is controled from the operator terminal.
