COMPEMULS 3 is a control and regulation system for bitumen emulsion and hydrocarbon binder plants. The system is available for units operating in discontinuous and continuous modes.
This software, specially developed for these applications, means that COMPEMULS 3 is an optimized control-instrumentation system from the technical and economic standpoint, ensuring high production quality for :

  Manufacturing units of bitumen emulsions on a continuous process including automatic preparation of the aqueous phasein the discontinous process.
 Continuous process hydrocarbon binder manufacturing unit.

TREATMENT CAPACITY
COMPEMULS can generate 8 pumps, 2 preparation tanks and 1 dosing tank for 6 additives.

The library manages the attribution of 46 different products which, in inter-corporate groupings, is sufficient and often necessary. The software is available in foreign languages and many options are propsed.
